- 4 large avocados
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 teaspoons chili powder
- 8 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
Put onion, coriander and garlic in a large bowl. Using a fork, lightly grind together.
Add the avocado to the bowl and mash lightly.
