- Bacon (5 pieces)
- Tri tip
- 5-6 medium sweet potatoes
- Barbecue sauce
- Paprika
- Oregon
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt

Preparation
- Cube sweet potatoes
- Chop and cube steak
- Cut the bacon into pieces
- Mix all the spices in a mixing bowl
- Cut all the sweet potatoes into cubes
- Fill the large pot with water and bring to a boil
- Add the cubed sweet potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until slightly soft
- Drain and wash
- Put the potatoes in the mixing bowl and add the oregano, black pepper, garlic, salt and paprika to your liking.
- Using scissors, cut the bacon into pieces
- Add the bacon pieces to the same pan in which you boiled the water and keep it on medium heat.
- Once the bacon is slightly crispy, add the sweet potatoes and cut and tri-tip cubes.
- Put on medium heat and cook for 25-30 minutes
- Add the barbecue sauce (you can use without sugar, if you want to cut calories) and mix in the pot.
- Serve over low heat
