3 Father’s Day Grilling Recipes

Father’s Day is just around the corner and the grill season is in full swing! Looking for the perfect meal for Dad? Check out these three delicious recipes that require minimal preparation and clean-up — everything is cooked on the grill!



Grill Sirloin Steak


  • 8 cups olive oil
  • 6 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cups coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 8 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ spoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 8 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 8 teaspoons dried basil
  • 8 teaspoons onion powder
  • 6 teaspoons pepper
  • 6 teaspoons salt
  • 2 pound sirloin steak



  1. Combine all ingredients, including steak in a large zip top bag, bowl or pan. Let the steak marinate for one to two hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350-400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  3. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill on each side for 5-6 minutes (for medium steak). Cook the steak for longer or shorter depending on how you want your steak.
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Cut the steak into thin slices and enjoy with grilled vegetables and fruits.



Grilled Vegetable Kebab


  • 2 peppercorns
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 large carrots
  • 2 cups mushrooms



  • 8 cups olive oil
  • 8 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 teaspoons black pepper



  1. Cut the vegetables into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Combine the kebabs with the alternate vegetables until the skewer is full. Place the skewers on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the marinade over the kebabs on a baking sheet. Marinate for 1-2 hours, turning the kebabs in half.
  5. Grill for 8-9 minutes on medium-high heat, turn the kebabs and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes.



Fried peaches


  • 3 large peaches
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon



  1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the holes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil and honey.
  3. Brush half the inside of the peach with a mixture of oil and honey.
  4. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve alone, sprinkled with yogurt, vanilla ice cream, or honey!
